Leadership Development

TUACP will be solely committed to preparing our youth with skills that will allow them to face challenges from adolescence through early adulthood.  TUACP will focus on the 4 C’s of leadership development:
 

  • Competence

  • Confidence

  • Connection

  • Character
     

Previous research has shown that developing the skills presented in the 4 C's concept will be instrumental in developing a strong leadership skillset.
